Body & Face loyalty programme lets you collect points when you spend on treatments and products. Our programme is aimed at rewarding clients that repeatedly visit and shop with us.
It’s so simple… once activated on your client account, you receive points for money you spend with us. These points are recorded and shown on receipts and on our salon app. Points build up over time and can be redeemed when you reach certain thresholds.

What do you mean… no card?
We’re always striving to be as environmentally friendly as we can and therefore our programme doesn’t require you to present a card. Lets face it, most of us would prefer not to carry around a loyalty card anyway! You enrol into our treatcard programme simply by creating a treatcard account which we will do for you when you visit.
We ask you to give us a six digit memorable number and you will be asked for this in future at checkout. To make it easy we suggest you use your date of birth or home telephone number. Points are accumulated on your salon account and you can see your balance on your receipt or on our salon app.
What treats can I receive?
Treats change often so keep checking to see when you reach a threshold. If you don’t see anything to tempt you, you can keep hold of your points and let them continue to accumulate.
Initially we will have a limited offer of ‘treats’ that can be claimed. These will change periodically and we hope to add more as the scheme progresses.
Can I transfer my treat to someone else?
No, the treats are only available to you. However, if you choose a product as your treat, you can, of course, pass this on to someone else.
What happens if I don’t want any of the treats on offer?
You don’t have to redeem the points until you are ready to do so. We would suggest you hold on to them until there is something you are keen to receive. Remember, the treat options change so just keep saving until you see the right treat for you.
What happens if I forget my treatcard six digit number?
Just tell us and we can help you reset it.
Do I earn points on sale items, treatment courses, gift voucher purchases etc?
You earn points on all full price treatments and retail products but not on gift vouchers or treatment courses. Treatment courses already have a financial saving built in to reward loyalty.
How many points do I earn?
The standard is 1 point for every pound spent on treatments and 1 point for every pound spent on retail but we may offer additional rewards on specific treatments or products at any time and we will keep you informed of these offers.
Where can I see my points total?
Your points total is shown at the bottom of any salon receipt and can also be viewed on our salon app by clicking on the ‘account tab’.
What happens if the product treats becomes out of stock?
We will replace it with an alternative. Do remember, that if you don’t see anything you like you don’t have to redeem your points. Just leave them on your account until you see a tempting treat!
