To get the best from your treatment, we recommend you arrive 10 minutes before. Late arrival may reduce your treatment time.
Our Treatment Pricing
We review our prices annually and this may mean prices increase, decrease or stay the same for any given treatment. We are committed to pricing treatments fairly and with consideration for the costs involved in performing the treatment. We reserve the right to make changes to prices at any time. Some of our treatments offer variable pricing, this means that you pay more for a therapist with much greater experience and less with a recently qualified therapist. Many of our treatments show prices ‘from’ this indicates a variable pricing option is available. You can see the pricing choices by going to the BOOK NOW tab.
Treatment Courses
Courses must be paid in advance and are valid for six months. Courses are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. Treatments cancelled within 24 hours will be subject to 50% cancellation fee.
Clinic Environment
The clinic environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation. Please respect the peace and privacy of others. With this in mind may we request that you refrain from using mobile phones and children are not brought to your appointment.

We welcome men and women to our clinic. Most of our treatments are suited to both.
Skincare Products
We stock a wide range of products including SkinCeuticals, Guinot, ESPA, CACI, OPI, Australian Body Care, Delilah and Mii Makeup, Hopi Ear Candles as well as a wide range of beauty essentials.
Gift Vouchers
Body & Face Gift Vouchers are available for treatments and products. Gift vouchers can be purchased online or in the clinic.
No Children Please!
Please may we make a polite request that children do not accompany you when you come for your appointments. We aim to keep the environment as tranquil and relaxing as possible and for this reason we don’t allow children in our treatment areas or to be left in our waiting area.
If you do arrive with children you will be asked to rebook for another time and may be subject to a cancellation fee. We appreciate your co-operation.
