What happens during a brow the treatment?
Your therapist will discuss shape, length and, of course, colour. Tinting lasts for a few weeks so it’s important to talk through the finish and look you want to achieve. Not all of us are lucky enough to have eyebrows that only need to be reduced, many of us are looking for ways to enhance and thicken the brows. Our team can give advice on how to achieve the right look for you and help you know what products will enable you to do it at home.
Will my eyebrows look fuller?
Brow tinting can catch some of the very fine hairs around the brow, which will make them look fuller. The dye will also, for a couple of days at least, tint the skin, which will give the appearance of a more solid brow. Just remember that brows naturally thin with age so if you’re looking for something that’ll give a more youthful appearance steer clear of fuller, solid brows.
How do I find the right brow shape?
Ask your therapist what will be most flattering, but the general rules are:
- Oval/long face shapes can wear long, straight brows.
- Round face shapes are flattered by a soft arch.
- Square faces can pull off thicker and more arched brows.
- Heart-shaped faces already have a lot of angles so soften the look with a straighter shape with a very slight arch.
